Interview with Tom

JM: How many different blocks were there?
Tom: In my pod there were 58 single cells and 8 pods all together.

JM: Did they have names? If so, what were they?
Tom: It was by number and there was a bunch of other smaller pods that would be for reception, medical and like that.

JM: Which types of inmates were housed in the different blocks?
Tom: Within 8 pods there a max, medium and a light. Mine was only a possession charge but I was in a max so I was in a pod with people that committed murder who were looking to be moved to a prison for for life.

JM: What do you remember being the nicest and worst parts about the different blocks?
Tom: The nicest part to me was that my window overlooked a pond. The worst was the reception part. They put you in older part of jail that's like an insane asylum and you're there by yourself doing nothing.
