Interview with Brad

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Brad: you get a mandatory 3 meals a day.

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Brad: usually it depends on what is being served but in general the food can be pretty good.the reason being is some of the inmate cooks in the kitchen have been there for many years and they take pride in making food that they will get complements for.they take pride in there work.

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Brad: my favorite meals were any of the ones the consisted of alot of rice mixed in with stews because in there you learn the value of a filling meal for your stomach.

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Brad: commissary had a very large variety food.alot of it was also very good.the reason being is you have to understand that in prison you are there for years of your life and that essentially is your life so commissary tries to provide everything you could get in the real world.
