JM: What types of facilities were available to help pass the time? Brandon: There was a gym, that was decently outfitted. they
had a library that you could only visit twice a
week and a limit of how many books you were aloud
in your cell. There was an outside yard, with work
out stuff, basketball and horse shoe court and a
track to walk around. There was a variety, but
supplies were not porprtional to the amount of inmates
JM: Did you have regular access to the entertainment or was competition fierce? Give details. Brandon: If you had the money, you always could have a tv
in your cell and cable if you could afford it. If
not. There was a tv in the main room, but it was
usually on crap stuff. You could get a radio too,
but due to the location of the place and
construction, channels are slim
JM: Did you have a hard time staying in shape while in jail? Brandon: Yes. I lost a lot of weight in jail. It wasnt lack
of equipment, or time. It was lack of food,
JM: How often did you get to go outside? What did you do outside if you were allowed to? If you were not allowed to go outside what could you do for exercise? Brandon: I went outside atleast once a day, even in the
winter. I dont think there was very many days we
weren't allowed to go out
JM: Did the jail offer church services? If so, what were they like and when were they held? Brandon: they had services of many types and the times
varied for the service. I only went to a couple
and they were not bad
