JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Dale: Once again, I believe that my full cooperation
played a large part in the fact that I was not
returned to jail after sentencing.
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Dale: This sort of information is beyond my experience.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Dale: Above all, one has to behave, and adhere to the
dictates of the rulebook. This should not be
beyond the capabilities of a reasonable person.
I heard talk of a few fellows whose work release
status was revoked due to failing drug tests, but
they were not on my block, so I don't know the
details.
