Interview with Dale
JM: How long was your sentencing for?
Dale: I was sentenced to a few months special parole,
and then two years probation. I very likely
would have gone back to jail had I not already
served four months immediately following my
arrest.
JM: Did you spend time in a holding cell after your sentencing? If so, what was that like? If you didn't where did they they take you instead?
Dale: After sentencing, I was fortunate enough to be
able to go directly to the probation office, a
relatively free man. As I'd said, my time in
Mercer County Jail was spent prior to sentencing.
