Interview with Charles, Rich, Kevin, Molly, Jeremy, Laura and Chad
JM: What else would you want a friend or family member to know if they have a loved one going to this jail? Charles: Respect others and they will respect you.
Rich: yes try your best to get them out until they go
to court even if they have to go to prison it is
much better than county jail Kevin: To be patient, to take it one day at a time and to
accept the situation and realize that it is not
permanent (hopefully that would be the case), that
they will still be able to talk to them and see
them and that there are consequences for all actions. Molly: write to them Jeremy: They will get out eventually Laura: its nasty. you can smoke your cigarettes in here to keep
your nerves under control. you better have patience
becausr they will test you (co's). dont pay them no
mind
JM: If somebody knows they will be serving time in this jail what is your advice to them? Charles: Keep your head up. Being locked up isn't the
worst thing
that can happen. Rich: don't fight and keep your mouth shut and try to
stay unnoticed by the guards Kevin: To stay to yourself, pick your friends wisely and
be patient and positive as often as possible. Try
to look towards the future and plan to make better
decisions instead of dwelling on the current
unpleasant situation. Make the best of a bad
situation, try to learn something, improve
yourself in anyway possible because the time will
not go away but you can turn it into whatever you
wish. Molly: dont go! Jeremy: Don't go to jail Chad: keep to yourself until you figure things out.
Don't borrow or lend anything. Laura: dress warm for the processing event. its freezing in
there. and the officers will try and push your buttons
just to get some action ignore there a$$. hope you
have you someone to put money on your books.
JM: Please list any other jail or rehab facilities you have been to. Laura: none
