JM: Did you always have access to necessary medications?
Carlos: I was not on medication at the time so I do not
know.
JM: How did you get your medications?
Carlos: Not applicable this particular stay.
JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs? Did you ever witness this?
Carlos: This particular county was very discrete when it
came to drug use it was mostly heroin sniffed up
the nose and no one ever said anything about
abuse.
