Interview with Charlie and Jenny

JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Charlie: Well to be honest i had several pre-sentencing stays after the arraignment when there was no bail and the trial part i remember one in particular it was when i went to prison in 98 i was a trustee and i thought that would amount to something it did not matter due to my criminal history i received a mid range sentence of 45 mths not 43 or 57 which were the standard range i was not happy so much for good behavior
Jenny: the pross is trying to send me to prison for 120 months for crime i did not do. moved my court date around till i missed it now added bail jump charges

JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
Charlie: No,on this particular case i met the officer down at the 7-11 in tumwater which is now a starbucks i believe
Jenny: no they never asked my side of the story

JM: What was court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
Charlie: It was monologueable just a formality like i was a statistic.
Jenny: went to same omb. fearing 4 times the 4th I missed and the new bail jump charge was issued other peolpe missed court and did not get charged
