Interview with Kelsey
JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Kelsey: We would get three meals a day.
JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Kelsey: Actually the food at Imperial County Jail is
pretty good. I cant complain. It was always
fresh, and served warm, and filling.
JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Kelsey: I liked all the food while in jail. There isnt
too many things I wouldnt/didnt eat while I was
there.
JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Kelsey: You could buy things like top ramen, candy, and
candy bars, cookies, tuna, cheese, and all kinds
of other goodies.
