Interview with Eric
JM: How many different blocks were there?
Eric: There was 4 different blocks.
JM: Did they have names? If so, what were they?
Eric: There was simply named A to D Blocks. Thats all.
JM: Which types of inmates were housed in the different blocks?
Eric: We all had the same level of security. The
prison was medium security. But even someone
who a murder could be house there if there
security level from max to medium was in place.
JM: What do you remember being the nicest and worst parts about the different blocks?
Eric: The blocks to me was all the same. It all
depends on who was there at the time. So I just
have to say that there was no difference. Now
going to Stateville Is one of the scariest
prisons to be in. B west is were I was for 4
months.
