Interview with Danny

JM: How many different blocks were there?
Danny: I believe there are 4 blocks spread out on two stories.

JM: Did they have names? If so, what were they?
Danny: The names of the blocks are Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, and Delta.

JM: Which types of inmates were housed in the different blocks?
Danny: I know that D block was for the most violent offenders and federal inmates. B block was for females. A and C were for "normal" inmates and non-violent federal inmates.

JM: What do you remember being the nicest and worst parts about the different blocks?
Danny: The nicest part about my stay was in A block. It had been recently remodeled and repainted. We had new toilets, showers, seating, and a new TV. When I was moved to C block, I was shocked at how much worse the living conditions were. Quite possibly the worst condition overall was the quality of the mattresses. I am only 26 years old and I tossed and turned in extreme pain every night.
