Sentencing

Interview with Sparkie, Craig and Allison

JM: How long was your sentencing for?
Sparkie: 3 months rehab 3 months MCCI
Craig: The first time there was no jail time. When I got caught driving on the suspended list my sentence was for ten days.
Allison: 5 years; again I applied for and was accepted into Monmouth County Drug Court.

JM: Did you spend time in a holding cell after your sentencing? If so, what was that like? If you didn't where did they they take you instead?
Sparkie: yes, boring was in there for 5 hrs
Craig: I spent approx an hour and a half in the police station holding area while they processed me after the judges ruling before they took me off to Freehold jail. There were two of us that were sent off to MCCI jail for the same thing. That might of added additional time to the process.
Allison: Yes, a holding cell with multiple women. It was always very cold, we knew to wear layers of clothes to keep warm. It was dirty with a toilet in the middle with no privacy at all.
