Interview with Ralph and Adam
JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Ralph: 3
Adam: there where three meals a day
JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Ralph: 1-10 i give a 6
Adam: The food was brought in from a catering service
because the kitchen was still unfinished. The
meals where not good nor bad. they was about the
same a food from school lunchs when i was a kid.
breakfast had cereal bowls with reeces cereal
and cookie crisp and stuff like that
JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Ralph: i like the breakfast foods, but it wasn't enough
Adam: there was some better than others but none where
to get excited about except cookie crisp and
reeces where good
JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Ralph: only on commissary
Adam: commissary was very expensive and offered candy
bars honey buns and things like that. ramom
noodles and cheese nips. could buy soap and
shampoo. soap holders. tooth brushs with no
handles. shaving cream. playing cards
