JM: Did you always have access to necessary medications?
Erik: If you took medications you would get it as
prescribed.
JM: How did you get your medications?
Erik: A nurse came around with a medcard.
JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs? Did you ever witness this?
Erik: You would go in the hole for a certain amount of
days depending on whatever the officer on duty
would want you going in for. The hole is a
separate pod where you are locked in your cell
23 hours a day.
