Good Behavior
Interview with Freddy
JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Freddy: I was released a year and a half early for good
behavior.
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Freddy: I do not the know the answer to this question.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Freddy: I was made a trustee after I had been there for
one week. I was a trustee the entire time I was
there and never had a confrontation with another
inmate. I did witness one inmate lose his good
time for a physical confrontation, but that was in
concept only as there was never any paperwork
confirming his shortened release date or its
change after the confrontation.
