Interview with Todd and Antwon

JM: What clothes could you have brought in to wear in the jail (underwear, socks, etc.)?
Todd: you had to wear clothes similiar to scrubs worn by doctors or nurses they washed laundry once a week
Antwon: You could wear your underwear and you would have to have white t-shirts under your clothes or else they take any colored shirts and socks away and you will freeze

JM: If you had a set uniform, what did it look like? Please be specific about each piece of clothing issued to you.
Todd: yes it was brown pants and brown shirt you only had one of each so you had to wear the same clothes all week long
Antwon: The uniform it was scrubs but with Mobile County Metro Jail printed on the back. They had different colors: blue, orange, brown, green, and tan. and you wore flip flop shower shoes

JM: Were there any assigned clothes in high demand that an inmate should look for when getting clothing assigned?
Todd: no everybody has the same kind of clothes
Antwon: There were no clothes in high demand because you got whatever clothes they gave you and prayed that you got the right size.

JM: Was the clothing different between men and women?
Todd: no they wear the same kind of clothes the men wear
Antwon: The women had the same scrubs
