Interview with Tom and Joe
JM: Did you always have access to necessary medications?
Tom: No I was ignored when I requested my medication
Joe: We had to wait one week to see a doctor and it took two weeks for
the doctor to approve any medication that we needed.
JM: How did you get your medications?
Tom: I never got it even after asking mulul times for
it
Joe: we got our medication from an approved nurse or officer on duty
when needed and if they were out of that medication we had to wait
till the next day or when they got it.
JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs? Did you ever witness this?
Tom: A
Joe: i never witnessed any punishments for abuse of medication but i
did know that they were punishable for up to 30 days and an extra
charge would be given
