Interview with Mitch

JM: How many different blocks were there?
Mitch: There were 10 I believe.

JM: Did they have names? If so, what were they?
Mitch: All of the different pods had a letter as their name.

JM: Which types of inmates were housed in the different blocks?
Mitch: There were separate pods for felony and misdemeanor inmates. There were also two disciplinary pods. There were two isolation pods. And also a block for inmates needing medical care in jail.

JM: What do you remember being the nicest and worst parts about the different blocks?
Mitch: All of the blocks that I saw were all the same. There are bunk beds and a tv in most pods. The worst part was that the phones were messing up all the time and could even make you lose important phone calls with family members. Also it was hard to get help from the guards sometimes.
