Interview with Mary

JM: What clothes could you have brought in to wear in the jail (underwear, socks, etc.)?
Mary: People were allowed to bring in underwear, socks, and shirts as long as they were solid white.

JM: If you had a set uniform, what did it look like? Please be specific about each piece of clothing issued to you.
Mary: Each inmate was given only an orange jumpsuit and orange shorts. Everyone had to wear their uniform while in the common areas of the pod.

JM: Were there any assigned clothes in high demand that an inmate should look for when getting clothing assigned?
Mary: All inmates had the exact same uniform; there was nothing special.

JM: Was the clothing different between men and women?
Mary: Everyone had to wear an orange jumpsuit.
