Interview with Steve
JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Steve: Three durin week two weekends too.
JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Steve: Bad cuz its no tasted and its all processed turkey
meat. The portions was small and the food was not
always hot. Sometimes it was undercooked or burnt.
Mainly if you didnt have commisary you had to eat it
or you wud be hungry especially on the weekends
where u eat twice.
JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Steve: No i didn cuz all the meals were nasty and
unseasoned. All turkeymeat no pork and its processed
meat to.
JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Steve: Commisary was very reasonable. No other snack were
offered unless you diabetic or came in under weight u
was given a diet snak at night but besides that you
ate wat was given to you.
