Interview with Allyson and Eric
JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Allyson: For every 30 days of time
you're in you get 7 days of good time. 6 months
becomes 92 days served.
Eric: Yes I only had to do six (6) months out of my one
(1)year sentnce
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Allyson: 7 days for every 30 days.
Eric: I believe it is half your bottom number.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Allyson: If you get in trouble while you are in there you
will start getting good time taken away.
Eric: just don't break any rules or anything that will
cause you more problems will more than likely get
your good time taken and yes I have witnessed a
person get all of there good time taken away
