JM: Did you find it difficult to get along with other inmates? Please give examples to explain why you did or didn't. Ivan: I found it very difficult to get along with other
inmates because I was very honest with all of the
inmates when I told them what I was in prison for. I
told them that I was falsely accused by a twenty-one
year old woman, and they all assumed that I was a
pedophiler. Bobby: No all my boys were locked
Up with me too I was just fine we got along and of you didn't
like some one you beat them up then move on.
JM: What types of things did you have to do to avoid problems or fights with other inmates? Ivan: I had to spend a lot of time in my cell to avoid
fights and problems with other inmates, but I still
got into well over seventy-five fights with other
inmates while I was in prison. I was also treated
badly by the officers as they used to beat me up
also. Bobby: I was always starting the fights. If a man looked at me funny I
let it be known I for In trouble a few times but it was fine it was
nothing no one could punk on me though that's all that
mattered to me while being in jail I guess
JM: Were you able to choose an inmate as your cellmate if you knew one? How often would your cellmate(s) change? Ivan: I never had to share a cell with a cellmate. Since I
had a psychiatric history, that gave me the
advantage of being able to reside by myself in my
own cell. Bobby: I'd choose
My Brody berto. I'd never change cells
With him me and him were boys since day one I'd never leave
his side ever... I wish he was out now man
