JM: How long was your sentencing for?
Mary: Well I served 45 days before I went to court and
they gave me a 90 day sentence on the
paraphernelia charge and 30 days for the resist.
suspended the sentence with 1 year supervised
probation and had over $400 in fines. I switched
the probation to a different county but still
had to pay richmond county.
JM: Did you spend time in a holding cell after your sentencing? If so, what was that like? If you didn't where did they they take you instead?
Mary: I did not spend any time had court 3 times
before actual sentencing the 45 day of jail,
they lowered my bond from 10,000 to 1,000 and I
had someone to get me out so I was not
incarcerated upon sentencing
