Interview with Russ

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Russ: 3 times a day mandatory, 2000 calorie diet, made everyone healthy.

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Russ: horrible but healthy, you had no choice but to eat it or starve, then you found yourself very hungry awake at night with hunger, it was horrible food but you had no choice really. dont get into trouble and you will never experience this hell. you don't want to trust me.

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Russ: all of them were simply disgusting, but you where forced to eat or starve. foods were mostly veggies, and fake foods,

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Russ: only commissary. limit 40 bucks a week. snacks varied but were the same as those found on the outside. not to bad really. commissary was all we looked forwards to. if you had no family to help you then you had to do things to make money such as art works, and creativity,
