Interview with Russ

JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Russ: 7 YEARS WAS GIVEN 7 MONTHS FOR ALMOST FINISHING PROBATION. TIME SERVED, lucky me, some faced 12 or more years and classed to worst places, Lorain in my opinion was the worst place ive ever been, the fights were often, and hardly intercepted, or stopped by the co's in fear they may get hurt.

JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
Russ: AT WORK WHILE CLOSING THE STORE, I WAS WITH A PERSON WHO WAS TAKING ME TO AA MEETINGS BUT HE WAS A FELON MY BOSS WHO I CALLED CORPORATE ABOUT FOR STEALING MONEY OUT OF THE REGISTER DAILY CALLED THE COPS BECAUSE SHE KNEW I WAS GOING TO AA MEETINGS WITH ANOTHER FELON THUS WHEN THE POLICE SHOWED UP I WAS ARRESTED ALONG WITH MY FRIEND.

JM: What was court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
Russ: IT WAS SAD, VERY SCARY TO HEAR I WAS GOING TO PRISON. the judge had no care at all for my case as it was so stupid and no reason to go to prison, to many people go to prison for such little crimes, i feel the state is milking the system,

JM: What were your original charges? What did you end up being convicted of?
Russ: POSSESSION TRAFFICKING this is all.
