Interview with Jack
JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Jack: Three lousy meals no snacks
JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Jack: Too high in carbs. A sandwhich was offered at lunch nothing
else. They did not care about a diet as I have high blood
pressure. No nutrition all breads pastas and rice. Food was cold
and probaly not food safe. It was not filling. You wold be hungry
a few hours later.
JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Jack: No I hated them all. I did not enjoy even one. Somtimes I didn't
even get out of bed to eat.
JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Jack: No snacks ever offered I had no money for commisary but it
seemed inexpensive but just as unhealthy. All snacks like chips
and candy bars. I didn't think anything was worth the bother. It
was all junk.
