JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process: James: I just sat in the fish bowl the whole time and
it sucked, but I enjoyed the tv, and the company Jerry: In my case there was no pre-sentencing
process I was being held on a governors
warrant from the state of Pennsylvania.
Which was a wait time of 14 days. Tho
the process threw that was like going
threw hell the time I spent in side lane
county jail. But was handled differently
due to the fact I was being transfered
out of state. Troy: Exwife (who has bi polor and is a cutter...)
accused me of attempted rape, even though no such
thing happened and she denied latter. She
attacked me and i still have the scars to prove
it. I was facing 20 plus years but reduced to 30
days plus day jail on a plea bargin.
JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested. James: Yes police from Springfield did stop by Jerry: Yes an no. I had the U.S marshals come
to my house at the time asking where I
can be found. An my mother told them I
didn't stay there. An then she called me
an pleaded with me to turn my self in so
I did. I turned myself in by going to lane
county jail an explained I had a warrant
out for my arrest. Troy: Yes he was latter terminated! Harrased and
knocked me around, made jokes about me and my
faith, although i was very respectful. He with
held my divers lic., social security card and
credit cards and gave them to my now exwife
during the arrest. My attorney filed a complain
with the city
JM: What was court like? Please give as many details as you recall. James: I was dressed nice, white dress shirt and pants Jerry: I did not see a judge during my stay at
lane county

to say nothing but i did. Denied the alligation
and that i took the plea bargin on the grounds of
financial reasons and though being far from
perfect was innocent of the alligations that were
charged against me, could have been proved wrong
easily.
JM: What were your original charges? What did you end up being convicted of? Jerry: My charge was a fugitive to justice Troy: Attempted rape in the first degree...
