JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior? Tim: I was reviewed and denied for parole twice and
recieved "one year set-offs" each time, until the
third review I was finally released. When I was
being reviewed, I had no disciplinary cases and gave
the board no reason to deny me. Sherri: No way bc of Randall county DA James Farren wouldn't let me Brett: No I was just released I stayed a little over a month
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior? Tim: "Good behavior" is a myth in Texas. You do not get
any kind of payment or reward. You have to wait for
parole to release you. Sherri: Never would happen randall would see to it Brett: I'm not for sure they pretty much do what they want it's up to
the judge ,guards and warden
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior? Tim: "Good behavior" is a myth in Texas. You do not get
any kind of payment or reward. You have to wait for
parole to release you. Sherri: No one ever witnessed anything. I didn't say much of anything
to anyone. But RC would NEVER let me off early. James
Farren would have a hay day with that Brett: No never but did see some people get put in the hole tased hit
and beat by guards for acting crazy and to not lose any good
time or have the actions I just mentioned not happen to you
you just have to eat sleep and stay to yourself the more you
interact the more chances you have for trouble
