Interview with Fred, Alfred and Darryl

JM: How often could you receive visitors?
Fred: You could get visitors once a week.
Alfred: I was allowed a vistor once a week, but I never recieved one. Our block was on a Tuesday.
Darryl: We were allowed visitors once a week. They were allowed to stay for one hour at a time.

JM: Was the check-in process lengthy for those who came to see you?
Fred: Usually they came in right away.
Alfred: I never recieved any visitors. I know that it was a search of the people that entered. Lawter seemed to come and go as they pleased
Darryl: I believe the process was long. They would do a backround check on any visitor before they were allowed to come. we had to provide a list ahead of time

JM: What was the visiting environment like?
Fred: If was like you see in the movies, behind glass talking with phones. You're on one side and they're on the other. No contact.
Alfred: A amall cubicle, square in shape second floor of our cell with a window and phone in beteen. About 6 feet in diameter. It had a small shelf in front. Heavyglass.I never used it and only saw it from the outside door when I did my rounds of walking and exercise.
Darryl: The visiting environment was very small. It was completely enclosed in glass. There was absolutely no chance for any contact. You had to talk to your visitor with a phone on each side. They recorded everything that was said. You could have more than one visitor at a time but only see them.
