Interview with Randy

JM: What clothes could you have brought in to wear in the jail (underwear, socks, etc.)?
Randy: You could have plain white shirts, boxers, and socks sent in to you. The other clothes were issued by the facility.

JM: If you had a set uniform, what did it look like? Please be specific about each piece of clothing issued to you.
Randy: We had pale yellow shirts, tan khakis without pockets, white boxers, white socks, and plain black Velcro strapped shoes. During the winter, we were issued sweaters the same color as our shirts.

JM: Were there any assigned clothes in high demand that an inmate should look for when getting clothing assigned?
Randy: Not really. All clothes assigned to us were in a warehouse that was always stocked with whatever we needed.

JM: Was the clothing different between men and women?
Randy: The only difference between the men and womens clothing was the shirt color. Men had pale yellow shirts and women had light blue shirts.
