Interview with Albert, Borata, Keith, Jon, Acer, Taz, Will and James
JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior? Albert: NO BUT SOME PEOPLE DO. Borata: no, mishap on Barry Hammonds part. My lawyer
did not take care of anything at all as he said
for 10Grand!!!!!!!!! Dennis found this guy,
and also Fred Goldberg. Dennis, look at Dennis
h istory during exxon valdez, 01 trip to la
during rose bowl, vegas and trip to PI in 01
with his gf. His father had an accident and
aetna represented him. Dennis was working in AK
aorund exxon valdez. I flew in from Ocho Rios
on 9/10 was supposed to leave 9/11/01 but got on
earlier flight. Not sure if DCA or BWI. Saved
by God.
Keith: I served 39 days on a 365 day sentence. Jon: I was sentenced for 30 days and spent 33 hours in
jail, mostly booking and release. I think I spent
more time because I was classified for taking
prescription medication. Acer: Lol no Taz: yes Will: Yeah I received half time for not getting into fights nor disobeying
the rules James: yes I did, I got granted my "good time/ work time"
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior? Albert: I HEARD AND ACTUALLY SEEN UP TO 80-90 PERCENT OFF Borata: who knows, i can't get a millisecond.
Keith: There is really no "good behavior" credit. If you
are a non violent offender, which I was at the
time, you serve 10% of your sentence. Jon: I don't know for a fact, but I heard it is usual
to spend only 10% of your time, I would think
because of good behavior, or the simple fact is
they do not have room to keep people. Acer: I got half time but ot for good behavior that was just the
terms of my plea Taz: unsure Will: Basically half the time you are sentenced James: you can receive about 50% to 10% off your time
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior? Albert: DON'T GET INTO TROUBLE BY GUARDS. Borata: talking, but had to scream since the button was
way across the cell.
Keith: You don't really have much contact with Jail
employees, so you can get away with pretty much
anything. Taz: No fighting, just obey the rules. Will: You just have to obey all rules. I witnessed many fights through the
duration of being incarcerated. I also seen drugs being used such as
marijuana, pills, etc. James: stay away from drugs, illegal paraphinelia, cell
phones, sexual harassment, fighting, cussing at
staff, filing out to many complaint forms,
creating a disturbance, not going to school or
work.
