JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Timmy: 3 meals a day.
Michael: 3
Lindsay: 3
Frank: THREE BUT FOOD BAD 1= POWDERED EGGS PLAIN STALE BREAD AND JELLY AND OF COURSE THE ROTTEN GREEN BOLOGNA

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Timmy: By jail standards Polk Co food is not that bad. Pretty good actually. If you have never had jail food before then you will likely think it is terrible.
Michael: disgusting slop. i ate very little!
Lindsay: Super bad I have 32 years experience in kitchen service and I could not identify the meat real scary
Frank: THE ROTTEN GREEN BOLOGNA HOW WOULD FEEL IF YOU WERE MADE TO EAT THAT ALL THE TIME OR THE BEANS BEANS ALL THE TIME TOO NO MILK KOOLAID IF YOUR LUSKY THEY EVEN RUN THIER OWN FARM WHERE THEY PUT TRUSTEES TO WORK FOR FREE AND GROW THE VEGGIES = LOTS OF VEGGIES

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Timmy: Mexican food day is usually popular.
Michael: no,all were disgusting!
Frank: OH WAIT I FORGOT ABOUT THE MYSTERY MEAT???!!! I BELIEVE ITS WHATS CALLED EMOOUGH? SOME KIND OF HORSE OR MOOSE OR CAT OR DOG OR SOMETHING MIXTURE SERVED YOU ON THE RARE OCCASIONS YOU DID GET SOME KIND OF MEAT

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Timmy: You can purchase food snacks from the canteen weekly. There is just a ton of junk food available through the commissary. $30 a week you can live like a king and share with your cell mates.
Michael: they had a canteen but i had no money to get anything
Lindsay: No commissary sucked they took all their fees
Frank: SNACKS? WHAT KIND OF JAIL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT AND WHERE THE HELL IS IT? I'LL TELL ALL MY HOMELESS FRIENDS TO GO THERE OK GET REAL THE ONLY SNACKS ARE WHEN YOU ARE LUCKY ENOUGHT TO HAVE $$$$$ IN YOUR ACCOUNT WHERE YOU CAN ORDERR CANTEEN=THE ONLY WAY TO SURVIVE IN POLK CO JAIL!!!!! YOPU GOTTA HAVE CANTEEN OR YOU MIGHT GETT REAL LUCKY FIND SOME FAT GUY WHO TRADE YOU HIS CANTEEN COOKIES FOR SOMETHING OFF YOUR TRAY THAT HE LIKES IF YOU DONT HAVE $$$$$!!!! OF COURSE ITS VERY EXPENSIVE $3.00 FOR A SMALL THING OF COOKIES AND YOU KNOW THE JAIL'S GETTING THIER KICKBACK OUT OF THAT!!!!$$$
