JM: Did you have regular access to telephones?
Timmy: Telephones are available from 8am -11pm everyday.
Michael: was never given my right to a phone call after being arrested.1 luckily the arresting officer must know about this. he was decent and called my g.f. on the way to the jail
Lindsay: YesI spent 225 for 18 days
Frank: NO NOT AT SOUTH COUNTY AT THE ANNEXX YOU DO YES

JM: What types of charges applied for calling people? How much money would you guess the average inmate spends per week on phone calls?
Timmy: Calls cost me about $5 for each 15 minute call.
Michael: dont know but i know its extortion!
Frank: YOU CAN CALL AS MANY TIMES AS YOU WANT FOR FREE AT ANNEXX AND SO CO TOO I THINK JUST NOT AS MUCH ACCESS

JM: Did you need to buy phone cards to call out?
Timmy: No, collect calls only.
Michael: collect only.
Frank: DEPENDS ON WHICH FACILITY NOT POLK I THINK

JM: Did the jail screen your calls?
Timmy: Yes, they record all calls and can screen them at will.
Michael: never made any calls.
Lindsay: Yes
Frank: YES EVERYTHING IS RECORDED OF COURSE
