JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Clark: No. There were no good time cuts, just statutory
time cuts
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Clark: 50% automatically if you don't get in any trouble
and then small increments after that for
participation in schooling, counseling, peer
reflection and support and job training.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Clark: You must not fight or steal or get involved in
any drug sales, usage or possession as well as
avoid gang activity. The judges always tacked
this on to their sentences
