Visitor Policy

Interview with Clark

JM: How often could you receive visitors?
Clark: Two a week unannounced. three if scheduled where your family could set up appointments to Skype from home with you they would stop visits if there was too much trouble in the jail

JM: Was the check-in process lengthy for those who came to see you?
Clark: they said it would take about ten minutes for the check in and then the wait depending on how many ahead of you when they arrived.

JM: What was the visiting environment like?
Clark: impersonal/bland cold colorless the visitor phones were dirty, screens hard to see, phones were static prone ... sometimes they would lose connection and you may get reconnected sometimes not people would get very agitated when their phone call or visits were cut short by technical problems. there were no refunds
