JM: Did you always have access to necessary medications?
Clark: no they were very stringent and cost concerned
JM: How did you get your medications?
Clark: you had to find a way to get a prescription or
pay via commissary to see a doctor. it was
frustrating
JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs? Did you ever witness this?
Clark: I only seen it a few times. They were charged
with trafficking and possession. New charges
added, upgraded in their security level and
usually spent time in solitary confinement for a
period of time with no property
