Interview with Clark

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Clark: 2.5 the portions were really really small

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Clark: 2 ... usually cold, never fresh vegetables, hardly any milk or real juice, normally cold and usually very small servings the menu was always the same with very few exceptions. if your tray was short for some reason it was like oh well get over it ... it could be unforgiving

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Clark: no ... you had to try and eat what was put in front of you whether you like it or not

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Clark: commissary was expensive. there were no microwaves. commissary came in a bag and was just passed through the chow hole. if you had no money than you had no snacks you weren't allowed to save anything for later
