JM: What else would you want a friend or family member to know if they have a loved one going to this jail?
Melanie: well if they were bad on drugs it was probably
the best place for them it might have saved there
lives but just to not be so hard on them and send
them a few dollars it is hard in there when 7pm
rolls around and everyone has a bag of chips but

JM: If somebody knows they will be serving time in this jail what is your advice to them?
Melanie: learn something from this experience!! and make
sure you don't go in there trying to act all bad
you will be living with these people for the next
who knows how long so just act like you got some
sense but do not let anyone punk you out
