JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Austin: No because I was just in there waiting for my
hearing.
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Austin: In Minnesota you serve 2/3 of your time if you
have good behaviour. So if you're sentenced to 60
days you only serve 45 if you stay out of
trouble.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Austin: Just follow the rules.
