Good Behavior
Interview with Ralph and Alex
JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Ralph: For the times I was waiting for trial I didn't
get off early.
Alex: Good behavior always gets you out sooner although I
have not been sentenced on this charge.
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Ralph: In Minnesota is 2/3 time serve
Alex: You get 1/3 time off for good time.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Ralph: Just as long as you don't get in trouble. The
only thing that would get your good time taken
off is if you were ever sent into lockdown.
Alex: Just do not be a disrespectful person. Follow the rules
and listen to the gaurds rules cause each have there
own twist on them. I seen a guy try and save his
medication and got busted cheeking them and got 180
days in the hole. Which is no good time in there.
