sentenced they were transfer me back and fourth

on suicide watch twice and put in ad seg a couple
of times for raising a ruckus I was sentenced to
seven years in the department of corrections Matt: took a long time don't think appointed attorney
cared about my case, was facing five year stretch
don't think he tried very hard to get my charges
reduced acted like oh well so luckily end up
hiring an attorney which represented me very well
considering the charges I had thank god.
JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested. Joe: No I was being held at another jail they came
down there to interview me about 3 times the last
time they finally charged me and transfer me for
my arraignment after that they sent me back to
Johnson county Missouri and transfer me a couple
of time and then Johnson county told them to keep
me Matt: got pulled over after a night of drinking even
though I knew better, I feel I should have been

breathalyzer but I know I was well over the legal
limit way over,

easier I would nt pled at frist so of course I
had to be arraigned the a prelimary hearing then
of coursethey ordered a pshych evulation then the
witness wasn't sure she wanted to testify it was
long and drawn out Matt: It was very nerve wracking I had never been this
close to prison before and I did not want to go
but was more at ease because of my attorney he
was very good and had used him in the past and
was well worth the money hope I never have to use
him again.
