Interview with Sparkie, Craig and Allison
JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Sparkie: no
Craig: You can but not for DWI.
Allison: No. For me that was not even an option. No
incentives for goo behavior.
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Sparkie: 5 days but not for dwi
Craig: I think you can get five days off for each thirty
days you spend in jail. You can get additional
time off your sentence if you get a job.
Allison: Unsure; I don't think any.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Sparkie: not breaking any rules and no fighting,not back
talking co's and no contraband in your cell
Craig: Follow diections, respect the CO's. Simply put
just stay out of trouble.
Allison: Not losing time off but rather, additional time for
bad behaviors like fighting, stealing or new
charges. I do not think anyone was released early
for good behavior.
