Interview with Drew and Matt

JM: What clothes could you have brought in to wear in the jail (underwear, socks, etc.)?
Drew: I could have brought tank tops undershirt and boxer shorts basketball shorts and several pairs of socks.
Matt: You were allowed to bring underwear, sock, and a white t shirt, but they had to be in your property and you had to make a property request after you had been classified.

JM: If you had a set uniform, what did it look like? Please be specific about each piece of clothing issued to you.
Drew: It was an orange jumper. An orange jumpsuit shirt and pants. a towel and a laundry bag cup spoon and blanket. That was standard jail issue. Also sandals shower shoes are sold on commissary.
Matt: Our uniform was an orange jumpsuit. You were issued one and were able to switch it out once a week for another clean one. Thats it.

JM: Were there any assigned clothes in high demand that an inmate should look for when getting clothing assigned?
Drew: Non ripped or ton clothing and sandals without torn sides cotton blanket
Matt: No, everyone wore the same thing. But as far as things in high demand, boxers could be considered a hot commodity. Especially if they looked 'stylish'.

JM: Was the clothing different between men and women?
Drew: Yes the color is different men orange women red. I think women's are two piece still.
Matt: Yes, women wore red jumpsuits.
