Interview with Nicole
JM: What clothes could you have brought in to wear in the jail (underwear, socks, etc.)?
Nicole: you can have your own underwear but they had to
be solid colored and no blue. socks had to be
white.
JM: If you had a set uniform, what did it look like? Please be specific about each piece of clothing issued to you.
Nicole: women had to be what is called stated down which
was pickle green button down shirts in the summer
time you had short sleeves and in the winter you
had long sleeves with matching pants
JM: Were there any assigned clothes in high demand that an inmate should look for when getting clothing assigned?
Nicole: no there wasnt any assigned clothes in high
demand that inmates should look for.
JM: Was the clothing different between men and women?
Nicole: i am not sure about what the men wore but the
women wore pickle green buttom down shirts with
matching pants
