Interview with Nicole
JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Nicole: 7 days a weekend you had 3 meals breakdast lunch
and dinner
JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Nicole: the meals i liked were breafast firrea which is a
hot cereal which you can put sugar buttera and
milk. the waffles were good as well i could go on
aout the the breakfast foods but i wont. the
meals i hated was corn meal that was sick in the
worst way they serviced it as a hot ceal
JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Nicole: yes i had a few favorite meals and a whole of
meals that i wished they would tale off the menu
JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Nicole: yes you could get commissary you had a buy day
every other week. there were chips cookies
crackers. if i remember correctly the most
ecpensive thing on the commissary sheet was $5 so
i wouldent say it was expensive.
