Interview with Sally and Marsha

JM: How often could you receive visitors?
Sally: 2 visits a week one hour at a time as long as you were good
Marsha: I remember everyday in the time frame of visiting hours. But also it depends on behavior.

JM: Was the check-in process lengthy for those who came to see you?
Sally: yes very lenghty, the visit days went by letter so the lines would be horrible but everyone got in and it was worth it
Marsha: Not really for me, but for my visitor yes they not used that kind of enivorment. For they check all cavities of my body. That the procedure.

JM: What was the visiting environment like?
Sally: it was modern much better than where we lived behind the visiting room, i think they try to impress the visitors, it was noisy and got very crowded though not much privacy
Marsha: It was relaxing see your family and friends. It feels like you have hope. But before hand The Guards check if you have any contraband I remember it being a bit lengthy. I remember being so excited. To see my family and friends they was. So releivering. Visitors give inmates hope.
