Good Behavior
Interview with Ruth
JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Ruth: I was released April 11th on parole. I am on that
until 2016.
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Ruth: next 3 years.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Ruth: drugs, illegal behavior. I have witnessed people
doing pills, drugs, drinking, having sex and lose
time. Some offenders don't care about their life.
I recall one particular offender her and her
girlfriend both proceeded to get messed up on
pills and alcohol while I was at HCCC and they
were both due to be released the following week.
Consequently they were both shipped to maximum
security, one had a trip to the hospital prior to
going to Mable Basset CC in Mcloud, Oklahoma also
known as Assessment and reception for all female
offenders in the State of Oklahoma.
