Good Behavior

Interview with Tara, Greg and Don

JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Tara: i never got in anytrouble. Iwas released at the minimum date, albeit at 1:30 am. No transportation. When I asked for a phone book upon my release to call a cab to get home, I was told I could not have one, an that I should just start walking. (28 miles to my home) Even when the punishment was over, the blatant disrespect and insults continued.
Greg: I did not get off early I have the Civic Jackie the 30 days that I was sentenced to know more or less
Don: No I did not I went to the rehab after awhile

JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Tara: I have no idea.again, I didn't get involved with the majority of inmates.
Greg: I don't believe in Pennsylvania there is any time off for good behavior
Don: Up to half off your original sentence

JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Tara: I honestly couldn't say. I minded my own business, and I'm not a sociopath, or troublemaker. I don't think in this facility time off for good behavior exists. However, the opposite is true. Time will be added on if you make trouble.
Greg: Like I said I don't believe there is any time off for good behavior in Pennsylvania so I don't believe that you can risk it you can get early parole I believe
Don: No fighting. No mouthing off to the Turn Keys (CO's) And a prison job helps a lot. I worked on the grounds crew I got tasty cakes every week. They are grate for trading.
