Interview with Tonya
JM: What else would you want a friend or family member to know if they have a loved one going to this jail?
Tonya: I would say to visit and write as much as
possible. Send books (which must be done on a
credit card through Amazon.Com) The newspaper can
be sent via Credit Card as well. Anything to
pass the time.
JM: If somebody knows they will be serving time in this jail what is your advice to them?
Tonya: I would say to keep yourself as busy as
possible. Take every class offered and go to
Church. If you need AA there are times/days
where some found this very helpful. Don't trust
anyone to the point that you would be hurt if
they betrayed you. Not the place to make good
friends.
JM: Please list any other jail or rehab facilities you have been to.
Tonya: None, This was a tragic 1 time offense.
