JM: How long was your sentencing for?
Tonya: 5 year total. 1 year to serve 4 years home
confinement
JM: Did you spend time in a holding cell after your sentencing? If so, what was that like? If you didn't where did they they take you instead?
Tonya: Yes I did and it was one of the worst parts of my
sentencing. A few times actually. Any time you
had to go to court (In my case I Habeus Corpused
(sp?) myself into Court to get my "Good Time"
taken off my year to serve as there was an issue
with the way the Judge was writing the cases that
did not allow some people to get it.Anyway, That
day I was in and out of the holding cell for
hours which is absolutely horrible.
